Booking T&C's
Deposit
- A booking of 33% is to be taken to secure the booking where the start date is more than 90 days from the day of booking
- The deposit is non-refundable after the cooling off period
- The full amount for the booking must be paid a maximum of 90 days before the start date or we have the right to cancel the booking
- Where the booking is taken within 90 days of the start date then 100% payment is needed to secure the booking.
Cancellation
- The customer may cancel the booking within 48 hours (the cooling off period) of booking, as long as the booking is made 90 days before the proposed start date, and receive the full deposit back minus 10% admin fee
- The customer may cancel the booking at any time; however, they will not be entitled to reimbursement of the monies paid as a deposit. The deposit should be deemed non-refundable.
- If the Arrival date is less than three months away the balance will still be due to us. As a goodwill gesture we will attempt to re-let the stay, if it is more than 3 months to the Arrival date.
- In this instance We may need to apply an offer or discount to sell the stay. If this is the case the customer will be responsible for the deductions made
- If the customer has booked multiple properties e.g the house and annex, and due to decreased numbers try to cancel one area, they will still be liable for full amount of both properties.
Security Deposit
- A security deposit of £1000 is payable 30 days before the start date of the booking / upon booking if less than 90 days.
- We will return the deposit within 7 days of the end of your stay.
